How does the Business Audit work?
Once you’ve purchased, you’ll be sent a detailed questionnaire to complete at your own pace. Lisa will then conduct the audit and prepare your personalised Growth Gap Report and Strategic Next Steps Blueprint, which will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving this back. Everything is written and delivered at a pace that works for you – there’s no call required.
What if I want to talk through the report afterwards?
That’s exactly what the Clarity Hour add-on is for. You can add it at checkout for £100 (saving £47 on the standard price), and you’ll get a focused 60 minute session with Lisa to work through the findings together.
How is this different from the Clarity Hour?
The Business Audit is a written diagnostic – Lisa analyses your business and sends you a detailed report. The Clarity Hour is a live 60 minute conversation where you work through something together in real time. They complement each other well, which is why the bundle option exists, but each works as a standalone offer too.
What if I have a flare before I can complete the questionnaire?
