Many ancient cultures have been based on knowing that energy is everything. With advancements in areas such as quantum physics, this knowing is becoming much more accepted as the norm.
If everything is energy, then that means that we are also energy, as are the things around us. We can therefore work with this transforming this energy to better support us.
Our Energy Bodies or Aura can be described much like Russian Dolls. With each energy body ‘layer’ sitting on top of the previous one, interacting with each other, our Chakras, with our Meridians, with our physical body and the outside world.
This energy system is our blueprint and is involved in everything we do. Every thought, every belief, every experience is represented within the energy bodies.
Our Energy Bodies work with our Chakras. These are energetic centres that connect with our physical body and our energy bodies and act like a communication centre.
What is the Empowered Energetics Experience™?
The Empowered Energetics Experience™ uses the Energetic Expansion® protocol, which is a potent mix of The Conscious Energy Clearing Method® and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
The Conscious Energy Clearing Method® (created by Gemma Went and Michelle Lowbridge) uses The Expansion Codes™ to target a particular problem or area you are struggling with. This could be imposter syndrome, money blocks, confidence and much more. All the codes work in a similar way, with us focussing on a thought, feeling or phrase. This in turn triggers a specific response in the energy system and a particular frequency or combination of frequencies are activated. By placing our hands over the Chakras or energy centres, the energy system can release the energy that has been activated, clearing the limiting belief, negative narrative or resistance.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as “Tapping”, was developed in the 1990s by Gary Craig, who was inspired by Dr Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy. EFT has gained widespread recognition for its effectiveness in addressing emotional and psychological issues, as well as physical discomfort. EFT is based on the concept that emotional distress and negative thoughts are caused by disruptions in the body’s energy system. Similar to traditional Chinese medicine, EFT proposes that these disruptions can be corrected by tapping on specific acupuncture points.
The Empowered Energetics Experience™ sessions are made up of three parts:
- Opening session to calm the brainwaves
- Running the chosen Energy Clearing code(s)
- Closing sequence including EFT protocols

Meet Lisa
Lisa’s journey into entrepreneurship began in February 2019, but not in the way she’d planned. After years working in education as a teacher and assessor, Lisa’s life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with a chronic illness following a severe case of glandular fever in 2017. Like many people facing health challenges, she initially tried to maintain her old lifestyle, juggling office work, long commutes, and multiple jobs while her energy levels plummeted.
The turning point came in 2019 during a ski trip to France, where a snowboarding accident left her with a broken wrist requiring surgery. During those three months of recovery, Lisa made a life-changing decision: to build a business that would work around her health, rather than against it.
Since then, she’s grown Empowered Online into a thriving business. What makes Lisa’s approach unique is that she’s walked this path herself, she understands the challenges of building a business when energy is limited and unpredictable.
Lisa is a certified and accredited IAPC&M coach with specialised training in:
- Energy Clearing using The Conscious Energy Clearing Method®
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Life Coaching & Emotional, Behavioural Psychology.
Her lived experience with chronic illness, combined with these powerful modalities, allows Lisa to offer something truly different. She doesn’t just understand the business challenges her clients face – she understands the deeper energetic and emotional blocks that can hold entrepreneurs back, especially when dealing with health limitations.
Through her own journey and working with dozens of clients, Lisa has discovered that traditional business advice often falls short for people with chronic conditions. That’s because they’re not just dealing with practical challenges – they’re navigating limiting beliefs about what they’re capable of, imposter syndrome, and energy blocks that can sabotage their success.
