The Tech Fundamentals™
In this module we will look at the fundamentals, including the different types of tech for business, terminology and will also cover the essential skills needed by a Tech VA or specialist.
The Operations Tech Toolkit™
We will explore in detail the different types of tech that helps to make the running of the business efficient. Including the CRM system, professional email set up, project management and communication.
The Marketing Tech Toolkit™
This one is a biggie! Covering all things marketing tech and how to get things working on autopilot. We’ll take a closer look at funnels, websites, email marketing, automation and much more!
The Integration & Automation Toolkit™
Integration and automation will have featured throughout as this is what tech is so good at, but here we will explore some specific automation tools as well as exploring some useful AI tools.
The Delivery Tech Toolkit™
This module focuses on smooth delivery. We’ll take a look at all things tech, in relation to courses and memberships, delivery of lead magnets, as well as elements such as video hosting.
Certification Assessment
This will be a combination of a test, some practical tasks as we go through each module and a case study.

Meet Lisa
Lisa is the founder of Empowered Online® Limited, who works with her team remotely with a range of businesses across the UK and beyond, supporting with all things website and tech.
Prior to setting up her business, Lisa worked within the education sector across a range of business types; from small not-for-profits, to large international and commercial business. She taught and assessed a range of courses; including Digital Marketing and ICT.
As well as starting out as a virtual assistant herself in 2019, Lisa is a qualified teacher, assessor and accredited coach, making her the ideal person to guide you through this certification.
